The Huntsman Marine Science Centre is a private not-for-profit charity, registered in Canada since 1969, with a mission to inspire ocean stewardship through educational experiences and advance collaborative marine research. As a private institution, Huntsman Marine relies on the contributions of donors and its own activities (e.g., entry fees to the Fundy Discovery Aquarium and research contracts) to deliver programs and maintain our infrastructure in the absence of core operating funding from any level of government.
 
We are grateful to all of our donors – including alumni, staff, friends and businesses – whose philanthropic support has built critical infrastructure, enhanced education and research opportunities, and left a legacy for the next generation.
